Birding tour

The Green Lantern will host a birding tour on 27 & 28 August 2022
Led by a Birdlife Africa scientist who is based in the area.
Visit 6000 ha Ingula Nature Reserve & the waterfall at Wilga.
The tour is limited to a small number of birders, booking is essential.

We expect to be seeing a variety of birds such as:
Blue & Crowned Cranes that should be flocking,
Bald Ibis,
Korhaan,
Black Shouldered Kites,
Buzzards,
Eagles &
Kingfishers.
Other anticipated rare sightings:
Bearded Vultures,
Red breasted Flufftails &
Yellow breasted Pippit.
